The Steigenberger Airport Hotel Amsterdam at Schiphol Airport (about a 10-minute drive, free transfer) with its 440 hotel rooms and meeting rooms is about 15km from the city center. Opposite is the Amsterdam Forest, which invites you to jog, cycle and walk. The hotel spoils you culinary in the restaurants and bars and offers you relaxation and well-being at the highest level in the luxurious Lifestyle Club & Active Spa.
Delegates are responsible for organising their own travel and accommodation. A limited number of rooms have been reserved for conference delegates wishing to stay at the Steigenberger Airport Hotel, Amsterdam at the special rate of €165 per night (between the dates of 26-27 May 2026). This rate is for single occupancy, includes VAT and Breakfast (but excludes City Tax).
To take advantage of this special rate, delegates must reserve their room no later than Monday 27th April 2026. Wherever possible, accommodation should be reserved early as rooms cannot be guaranteed and rates are subject to change after this date.

It has come to our attention that a number of accommodation service providers have contacted companies supporting Moulded Fibre Packaging Europe 2026 regarding hotel reservations. When delegates say they have already booked they are told that they need to finalise their booking by completing a form with credit card details. This generates a new booking and a 25% deposit is immediately charged to the card - this is non-refundable and any cancellation incurs a heavy penalty.
These companies DO NOT represent Smithers and should NOT be given any credit card information.
